Context sensitive filters, along with highly powerful searches, allow users to quickly pinpoint sections or types of data, whether it be by Product, Staff Role/Skills, or any other factor. These filters can be saved for repeat use and made available to all. They can also be applied automatically when particular workspaces (views) are opened. This can even be set based on the ‘user login’, e.g. so that staff only see work relating to their dept.
