BASIC PLANNING
Being able to see your jobs clearly and in a format that works for you is the key to our planners. We provide schedule views, list views, kanban boards and full reporting from all events, scheduled or completed.
For planners we recommend the full desktop app VPE (Visual Planning Enterprise). For general users we suggest using VP Portal and for remote or casual users, we have VP Go U, ideal for sharing agenda views (schedules) and lists.

All the basic views can include all the data you need, such as Client Name, Address, Tel No, Directions, Notes, Times/Dates, etc. and can be updated from anywhere.
