Below are all the documents related to Cloud based clients. Please follow the instructions below ...
1. CONTRACT COVER SHEET
This is an Agreement between you and Oakfield Software Ltd.
2. EULA
This is the End User Licence Agreement, between you and Stilog. The SaaS Agreement is now an Addendum to this document.
3. SaaS Agreement
This is your agreement with Stilog, in relation to your licences. This is now an Addendum to the EULA.
Add your details on Page 1 and Page 5.
4. Add Your Company Details And Sign The Above
Please print and sign all of the above.
5. Return To Oakfield
Then, please either scan and email or post back to Oakfield at info@oakfieldsoftware.co.uk or post to Dinmore Cottage, Burford, Tenbury Wells, WR15 8HR
6. Supply Terms & Conditions

All on-premise clients need a current Support and Maintenance Agreement in order to gain Technical Support, Upgrades and Maintenance from Stilog.

The Legal Bits
Visual Planning is developed and owned by Stilog I.S.T. in Paris, France.
If you start to use Visual Planning without having signed an or all of the above documents that pertain to your use style, i.e. cloud or on-premise, then you will be deemed to have agreed such terms, unless Oakfield Software Ltd or Stilog I.S.T. have signed an agreement that precedes these documents.
